Composite & Fibreglass Repairs
Structural composite repair isn't a patch job - it's an assessment, a material selection, and a method decision that determines whether your hull performs the way it should.
We work with stitched glass, vinylester, epoxy, vacuum bagging, carbon fibre, and high-performance cores - chosen for the vessel, not for convenience. Every job is documented. You'll know exactly what was done and why.
Custom Fibreglass Work
We design and manufacture custom fibreglass components in-house - replacement hatches, access panels, floors, mounts, and structural panels, built to suit your boat and the conditions it operates in. Every part is laid up using the right materials for the application, with the same standards we apply to our structural repair work.
Insurance Repair Work
We assess the full extent of the damage, document everything, and carry out the repair to the same structural standard as every other job. When your boat comes back, you’ll have the paperwork to prove it was done properly. We work directly with insurers and can assist with damage assessment documentation where required.
